Experience Design: For BMS’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), I developed and directed a unique content series that placed empathy and learning at its core. As Creative Director, I crafted the concept: asking employees and their families, "What reconciliation means to you?" This cross-cultural series explored diverse perspectives, concluding with the powerful message, "it’s never too late to learn," demonstrating BMS’s authentic commitment to corporate social responsibility and cultural understanding..
